Zelda & Jazz II presenta musiche tratte da tutta la serie The Legend of Zelda. I punti salienti includono i classici per Nintendo 64 Majora's Mask e Ocarina of Time, le uscite per GameCube Twilight Princess e The Wind Waker, i titoli portatili Link's Awakening e Spirit Tracks, Skyward Sword per Wii e A Link to the Past dal Super Nintendo.
